Are you a high achieving, perfectionist, who also struggles with your relationship with food and body image? Do you have feelings of not being “good enough” or feelings of shame?
If so, I am the right therapist for you. For the last 17 years I have specialized in helping individuals work towards a better relationship with the exhausting struggle perfectionism, food and your body imagine can play in your day to day life.
I am greatly passionate about what I do, and care for each and one of my clients. Together we will work towards confidence within yourself, worthiness and you being ENOUGH!
As a therapist, it’s my honor to help people on this personal journey to uncover what is driving the symptoms of their eating disorder.
I want to help you get to the root of the problem; once there, symptoms lighten up.
I promise you the work we will do together is not easy, but it will be rewarding, and it will teach you the power of your own resilience to overcome challenges. And if you surrender to the eating disorder therapeutic process – full recovery is definitely possible.
You’re not alone – I’m here for you every step of the way.
