Teenagers

Having a place for navigation of self and of life transitions is key to pre-teen and teenager therapy. The complexities of existing as a teenager continue to be increasingly difficult, and being able to find someone that your child can connect with is of utmost importance. So many parents have said that they do not know who their children are anymore when they enter into adolescence, and entering into therapy allows and helps to recreate connection.

Tools for the pre-teen and teenager tool box include aspects of creative therapy (art, journaling, music and role-playing) as well as talk therapy.
